We are aware that in today's market, corporate and REOs are a large percentage of sales volume, and we want very much to service these properties in our area (the state of Maryland). We have had ample experience in dealing with repairs and maintenance with REOs and foreclosures. Presently, we are representing corporate accounts as well as institutional accounts. We feel we can service any property to your satisfaction.
We can take the property from the moment the call comes and offer the following service:
  1. Detailed estimates with pictures showing repair work needed
  2. Fill out and secure all forms for permits, as necessary
  3. Clean up and repair any interior damage, so the property shows well to potential buyers
  4. Assure that heating and air conditioning units are in good working order
  5. Make lender aware of necessary repairs in order to get the highest resale value
  6. Maintain property while on the market
  7. Clean and remove all debris from property
  8. General maintenance of exterior of the property in order to give curb-side appeal
  9. Make sure all plumbing fixtures are free of leaks
  10. Replace broken glass and repair doors and locks for security and safety reasons
  11. Winterize property where needed
  12. Provide photos of all approved completed work
